Important Notice About Handmade Prints
Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, some items may have small imperfections or surface variations. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, minor flaws are sometimes unavoidable and are considered part of the handmade process. These do not affect the function or overall aesthetic of the product.
Product Care Notice – Light Boxes
Please note that all of our light boxes are 3D printed using high-quality PLA plastic. While durable and long-lasting under normal conditions, PLA is sensitive to high heat.
We strongly advise that you do not place your light box in direct sunlight or near a heat source, as prolonged exposure may cause the plastic to warp or soften.
To keep your light box in the best possible condition, display it indoors in a cool, shaded area.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude shipping costs.
- We accept payments via Stripe only.
- Payment must be completed before we begin creating your order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- 3DArt.ie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, such as An Post.

Refund Policy
At 3DArt.ie, we create custom-made 3D art to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy.
No Refunds for Custom Orders
- As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production begins.
- Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will issue a replacement (not a refund) if:
- Your order arrives damaged or broken.
- The item is not as described (e.g., significantly different from the agreed design).
Process for Replacement

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the damage or discrepancy.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
- We do not cover return shipping costs for the original item unless instructed otherwise.

- Items that match the agreed-upon design but where the customer has changed their mind.

Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your custom-made 3D art promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process.
Shipping Locations
- We ship exclusively to the 32 counties of Ireland.
- We will ship to the Mainland UK – however, it costs more.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Provider
- All orders are shipped via An Post, Ireland’s national postal service.
- Tracking is included as standard for all deliveries.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order.
- The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
- We offer free shipping on orders over €150.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Each piece is custom-made to order, which helps us keep costs low.
- During standard periods, it takes 3-5 business days to create your order.
- During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. 8-10 days. We’ll notify you if delays are expected.
- Once your order is ready, An Post delivery times apply (typically 1-3 business days within Ireland).
Order Confirmation
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
- When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Delivery Issues

- We’ll work with An Post to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement as per our .
